Months before Afghanistan's Republic was sabotaged David Rudnick applied to open a new export company for carpets and saffron as the military ended its honorable mission. However Mr. Rudnick contends, “President Biden is to blame for my Afghan business being my only failed venture in ten years.” Due to the collapse of the Afghan government and ineffectual US leadership at home Mr. Rudnick privately funded and planned the evacuation of his business partners in addition, to independently establishing smuggling routes to Turkey. Over the past year he has assisted countless Afghan families escape the Taliban's brutality and he also maintains many more families who are in hiding waiting for eventual evacuation. He has managed to do all of this largely with his own funds and on his own time. If elected to US Congress, Mr. Rudnick would like to provide more assistance to to our Afghan allies we left behind as well as establish a volunteer unit of former Afghan soldiers who are willing to fight again but for Ukraine's Republic.
